Refund Policy

MiiN Cosmetics wants to give clients the best service possible. Thus, if there is any problem with your order, you can contact our customer care department at the following e-mail address: help@miin-cosmetics.com.

Returns 

In case you receive the wrong product or if it is in bad condition, you can return it and we will pay the shipping fees. If you would like to return a product acquired at MiiN Cosmetics, send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt.

  • Please state why you would like to return the product by e-mail: help@miin-cosmetics.com.

  • Once you have received written confirmation, send the product using the postal service recommended to you.

  • Once we confirm receipt of the returned item(s), we'll refund the amount of the product(s) and shipping costs within 10 to 15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you enjoyed a discount or special price, you'll receive the amount you paid when you made the purchase. Likewise, if your order came with a gift, sample or free product, you must return it with the rest of the item(s). No reimbursement can be made if the product has been used.


Cancellations

Once an order is made, it can only be cancelled before dispatch.
