The experts at Barr know that centella asiatica is one of the most effective ingredients to improve skin elasticity and moisture levels, which is why this toner is formulated with 80% centella asiatica extracts. Its slightly acidic formula also contains 0.5% panthenol (vitamin B5) —which creates a protective barrier that prevents moisture loss and promotes skin cell turnover—, as well as nourishing jojoba seed oil and houttuynia cordata extracts to soothe redness and irritation. We love applying the toner with our hands. Apply a small amount to your hands and press your palms against your face, allowing the tonic to penetrate the skin. If you've exfoliated that day or if your skin is feeling dry and you need some extra care, you can apply several layers.
