Blackheads, enlarged pores, shiny skin… no, not anymore. Medicube, one of the most wanted Korean brands, brings you this wash-off mask to deeply cleanse your skin. It contains clay and exfoliating acids to unclog pores and achieve a more even skin texture. If you have combination, oily and/or blackhead-prone skin, you’re in the right place.
The base of this mask is a blend of clays with purifying properties, the main ingredients being kaolin and bentonite. They help to absorb excess sebum and trap impurities that have built up in the pores. The result is deeply clean skin with a more even texture.
For more effective cleansing, this formula also contains a combination of exfoliating acids: glycolic acid (BHA), salicylic acid (BHA) and gluconolactone (PHA). Salicylic acid works inside the pore to help remove impurities, making it excellent for reducing blackheads. Glycolic acid has an exfoliating effect on the skin’s surface, helping to promote a smoother texture. Meanwhile, gluconolactone provides gentle exfoliation whilst offering moisturising properties to care for the skin.
Beyond its purifying and exfoliating benefits, the face mask contains hyaluronic acid – the star ingredient for hydration – and allantoin, which has soothing properties to balance the effects of the clay. The formula also includes caffeine, which helps to revitalise the skin and has an antioxidant effect.
Zero Pore Blackhead Mud Mask has a creamy, clay-like texture that doesn’t feel overly drying. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, rinse it off, and that’s it! The result? Skin with less visible pores and a pleasantly fresh, clean feeling.

If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
Once your skin is clean, apply the appropriate amount of mask, covering your entire face but avoiding the mouth and eye areas. If you prefer, you can also put it only on specific areas where you have more oil and/or more spots and blemishes (such as the T-zone). You’ll notice the mask starts to dry – it's ok! Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, until it’s completely dry. Rinse it off with lukewarm water using gentle circular movements.
We recommend using this mask 2 to 3 times a week. If you have sensitive skin, use it 1 to 2 times a week. As it contains potent active ingredients, it’s important to start by applying a small amount of the mask. Once you feel your skin gets used to it and reacts well, you can increase the amount and frequency of use.
As it contains exfoliating acids, we advise using this mask in the evening and, very important, applying sun protection the following day.
One last tip to take the best care of your skin: it’s best to avoid combining this mask with retinoids in the same skincare routine.
