Arencia’s Calendula Rice Mochi Cleanser is designed to cleanse deeply, gently exfoliate and soothe at the same time, without leaving skin dry or uncomfortable. Within the Rice Mochi Cleanser range, it stands out for offering more noticeable exfoliation than the Rosehip version while still being highly hydrating, so it’s a very good fit if you want a more complete cleanse without giving up comfort.
The formula combines calendula, houttuynia, prickly pear, rice and sweet almond. Calendula helps soothe and improve comfort in sensitive or reactive skin, while houttuynia brings that calming, purifying profile so loved in K-beauty. Prickly pear adds hydration and antioxidants, while rice and sweet almond help remove dead skin cells, impurities and excess oil gently, leaving skin smoother and more even. It’s one of those formulas that refines texture while still looking after the barrier and helping reduce discomfort such as tightness or itching linked to dryness.
Another distinctive point is its mochi-like texture, created through an artisanal process of more than 170 hours and over 1,000 kneading steps. You can feel that craftsmanship in the sensoriality of the formula - the texture is stretchy, creamy and very pleasant to work with water.

Take an appropriate amount, emulsify it with water between your hands until it foams and massage over damp skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and continue with the rest of your routine. You can use it morning or night.
If your skin is more sensitive than usual, keep the massage brief and follow with a soothing serum or cream. You don’t need to double cleanse.
