That's all over; this toner is here to sort things out. It regulates the skin's oil to moisture ratio to maintain the pH balance.
This vegan formula from Ceramine combines ingredients that help hydrate and soothe the skin without saturating it, such as panthenol, glycerin and betaine. The toner also contains ceramides, which help strengthen the skin barrier, and different forms of hyaluronic acid to reach more layers of the skin, leaving it hydrated and juicy for hours. And there's more: the formula contains Centella Asiatica and Icelandic moss, plant extracts with soothing properties, ideal for sensitised skin.
